清涼一夏─清涼飲料+泰式涼拌海鮮

應Reymond的主意,
將百香芒果果醬兌水做成涼飲〈右〉;
今天也壓了幾顆新鮮檸檬+蜂蜜+話梅〈左〉;
之前煮的洛神花+烏梅+山楂〈中〉;
解解這些天的熱.......。


陰錯陽差的朋友原本說要從內湖來找阿妃喝咖啡,
哈媽咪說既然要去阿妃那就麻煩我幫她買麵包,
最後朋友來不了,
還是得買麵包去,
除了可以喝阿妃的咖啡之外,
拿麵包給哈媽咪時還可以去泰國食材材料行買東西,
因為今天想做泰式涼拌海鮮。
哈媽咪家附近一堆泰國;菲律賓材料店,
沒想到,她竟然陪著我一起去走逛耶!
我像似逛著大觀園一樣東看西看的...
〈哈媽咪笑說今天是宛如來到泰國的泰國日....〉
明明我只是要買一瓶泰式甜辣醬......
沒想到因為她自己想喝泰式酸辣湯,
拿了一堆和老闆討論所需材料.....後,
最後結帳的東西.......!!!
前面像綠色百香果的........是泰國茄子耶〈第一次看到〉!
後來竟然是哈媽咪說她要付帳.....!

我又去黃昏市場買點海鮮,
還是做我的涼拌海鮮......
前陣子2樓花園又多了九層塔和百香果,
九層塔當然就新鮮現摘!
泰式甜辣醬〈後左〉;魚露〈後右〉;檸檬;辣椒;
蝦子留尾剝身殼;透抽片出切花薄片;青花椰;芹菜;
全部川燙熟後,冰鎮在冰水中。
然後過篩濾掉多餘水分,
泰式甜辣醬和數滴魚露入料混拌,
嚐嚐味道後增減檸檬汁和鹽巴即成。
甜辣醬的甜味實在太強,
放鹽和檸檬汁好像皆無動於衷還是太甜...
切的細絲九層塔的香味還好有夠味出來。

冬瓜和蘿蔔共燉的排骨酥湯。
昨天炸的柳葉魚,
放冷藏到今天來當冷盤菜吃。
拿涼拌海鮮給哈媽咪時,
她說:我不是說要喝泰式酸辣湯嗎?為什麼是涼拌海鮮....?
我說:我不是也跟妳說要做涼拌海鮮呀!
            誰叫妳盡是拿酸辣湯材料!
哈哈哈!兩個活在自己世界不管別人說甚麼的人.......!

既然都有了調味料,
應該也不會等太久吧?
因為我....也喜歡喝泰式酸辣湯!!!

  1. Thai food is mostly yummy and I like it. However, I feel their soup tastes like sorta soap water. I assume it is because of citronella that smells like soap.The shrimps you cooked looked delicious. I dislike shrimps with shells. Your shrimps were peeled, so they looked so good. LOL
    By the way, why couldn't you find the word roselle? I got it on yahoo dictionary. You can get it on wikipedia, too.

I can't find that word in my dictionary.Sometimes appear in the computer translation has doubt,I will look over the dictionary.My delicious shrimps simply because it is peeled?The addition of a lazy peel shrimp shell friend!Oh...Do you think plus citronella soup is like soapy water?Haha..The restaurant I used to work has a Thai sauce, use citronella; palm sugar; parsley; pepper, etc. ... all mixed together.It tastes great.But later discovered that the taste of citronella is the soul of that sauce.

  3. Crabs are even much worse than shrimps. Seldom do I eat crabs. Your shrimps looked good because they were peeled. LOL I understand citronella is a limelight of the Thai soups. However, I just feel it tastes like soap water. Ahhhh..I wonder how it would taste like to add citronella, palm sugar, parsley and pepper into a pot of soup. It sounds pretty novel to me. Your lemon, roselle and mango passion fruit juice looked very wonderful as well. Drinking them during the hot summer days must be very joyful and enjoyable. Maybe next time you may try to make a barrel of roselle ice cream. I think its color will be great.

Roselle ice cream, which is a good idea.I guess that colors should be like a red dragon fruit ice cream..In Peng─hu ,before eaten the locals called for cactus ice cream, I think that is the red dragon fruit ice cream!That color ..... very summer and the beautiful red.If the opportunity to do that Thai sauces, that time give you try try see.
